Rasam
Santosh and Sridhar liked this a lot. Typical South Indian appetiser.

The first time Santosh cooked Kheer.

Most of the above dishes were cooked by me. In some of them my cooking partners were:
  • Santosh Phutane from Bangalore;
  • Gofran Shahzada from Dhaka, Bangladesh; and
  • Sher Ahmed Mubejo from Pakistan.
All these dishes were prepared in VIP Condomonium, Cha-am, Thailand. I was attending college at Webster University from Aug 2002 to Dec 2005.
